    The Keith Steinbeisser Memorial Livestock Judging was held Sunday, October 4th at the Richland County Fairgrounds.     Agriculture Under Secretary Lisa Mensah has awarded 30 grants totaling $5.8 million to help rural cooperatives create jobs and support business expansion.
