    The deadline for Williston STAR Fund Community Enhancement Grants is drawing near. Williston Economic Development must receive the applications by Monday, December 15, 2014. The Community Enhancement Grant is supported by the STAR Fund. It is designed to benefit non-profit activities and organizations that enhance the quality of life in the Williston trade area.     Richland County’s flu season has begun with a positive Influenza B case tested locally on November 22, 2014. The preliminary result was sent to the MT State Public Health Lab for confirmation. The person was not vaccinated with influenza vaccine yet this season. Richland County Health Department wants residents to know there is time to get a flu shot from the health department, local healthcare provider or pharmacy.     Helena--Today, Governor Steve Bullock and Commissioner of Labor Pam Bucy announced that the Unemployment Insurance Contribution Rate Schedule will be adjusted from schedule 5 to schedule 3 in 2015. This means the unemployment insurance contribution rates for most employers in 2015 will be approximately 20 percent lower than in 2014. The current schedule 5 average tax rate is 1.92 percent.
