    SHS Speech and Drama Team is finding their groove and winning! The team has competed in 5 meets so far this season; the Drama Team has finished in first place at four out of five of those meets. The Speech Team has finished in the top 3 at the meets. This past weekend the meet was held at Billings Central, there were 25 schools competing with over 400 competitors.     Helena – Montana law enforcement agencies are adding extra patrols to actively search for impaired drivers from December 10 through January 1 during the “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” national DUI crackdown. The Montana Highway Patrol will add shifts across the state.     The National Weather Service (NWS) is expanding its Travel Hazard Decision Support web page that brings weather impacts and highways into focus for those trying to determine a safe time to travel.     USCA (December 15, 2014) - The United States Cattlemen’s Association (USCA) responded today to the Senate passage of the Fiscal Year 2015 spending bill. The bill, which funds the government through September 30, 2015 was passed on a vote of 56-40 late in the evening on December 13th, and is now on track to be sent to the President’s desk for final signature.
