Arnegard: Future Home To Over 1400 Bakken Workers

Coming soon to Arnegard, heart of the Bakken in McKenzie County, is the largest crew lodge offering a full meal service program to its guests along with many other amenities. The InstaLodge Centre will sit on 160 acres on HWY 85 – just 45 minutes south of Williston and 6 miles west of Watford City. It’ll be a state-of-the-art facility offering its guest all of the comforts of home plus so much more.

With the depressed economy in many states, many people have no other option but to live and work away from home to support their families. InstaLodge takes pride in providing clean, modern, comfortable rooms and amenities to their guests in hopes of making their time away from home and family easier.

January 1, 2013, the InstaLodge Centre is expected to open 200 of their single occupancy rooms and will open an additional 1200 rooms by April 1, 2013. The lodge has the option to expand to 3000 rooms if needed. All rooms are connected to the main lodge via an internal hallway, so there will be no need to go outside to eat, go to the rec. center or shoot some pool.

Each room will provide “Executive style” ample living space, have a private bathroom and have a flat-screen TV with cable, WiFi and a DVD player. Each room will also have a desk, closet, full-size bed, private entrance and individual thermostat controls.

The lodge offers many amenities including: Dining Hall, meals served round the clock, 24 Hour Snack Bar, free laundry machines with soap provided, game room with foosball, darts, card tables, TVs and pool tables, weekly outdoor BBQs, outdoor basketball courts, Internet Café and Skype lab, 24 hour convenience store and a secure gated entry with controlled supervision. There will also be a movie and game media service where guests can choose movies and games to play/view in their rooms.

Last but not least, the InstaLadge Centre will offer a fitness center. No need to pay high dollar prices for gym memberships. This center will feature treadmills, elliptical walkers, universal weight machines, free weights, jump ropes, speed/heavy bags – trx training system.
