There will be the 8th annual “Santa Fun Run” on Saturday, Dec. 9, starting at 10 a.m., at Fox Run, 414 N. Central Ave. There will be both a 5K course as well as a one-mile route for families. The registration fee is $25 and ends Dec. 8 at 11:59 p.m. MST.
Run as Santa, one of his many elves or an ugly sweater. The real Santa will be there to kick off the run.
A portion of the proceeds from the run will benefit the local Christmas Coalition “Gifts from the Heart” event that is an annual gift distribution to those in need in the community.
This year’s sponsors of the “Santa Fun Run” are Reynold’s Market, Run the World Run Club and High Caliber Sports.
