    The Sidney City Council unanimously approved an agreement with Sidney’s TBID in order to approve the Svarre swimming pool environment during its meeting on April 15. TBID is willing to provide a $10,000 grant for deck furniture, umbrellas and lap lane ropes at the pool. TBID’s bylaws, however, are that the city needed to match the grant.
