    Richland County Fairgrounds' new 4-H and school exhibit building is one of Sidney's newest commodities. The multipurpose building was completed right before for this year's fair and is currently being used for storage until warmer temperatures allow for hosting events.     PGA Professional and former Sidney Eagles head golf coach, Ryan Troxel, has been named Coach of the Year by members of the Montana Coaches Association. Troxel has coached the Eagles' girls and boys golf since March 2015. He resigned earlier in December due to time constraints with a baby on the way.
