    A benefit for Jagger LaDuke will be held on Saturday, Feb. 3 at the Sidney Country Club. There will be a free-will dinner from 5-7 p.m., a silent auction from 5-7:30 p.m. and a live auction starting at 7:30 p.m. Jagger LaDuke is a 4 year old boy who has been having seizures since his 3rd birthday, July 18, 2016.     On February 24, the Watford City Area Concert Association will kick off the first annual Concert Series with a free performance by musician Scott Kirby. The Watford City Area Concert Association is a new project by the Long X Arts Foundation. The goal is to bring a variety of quality musical performances to the local community at a reasonable cost.     The Sidney High School wrestling team won the Montana Class A Duals in Lewistown last weekend. The team earned their 500th win under head coach Guy Melby after beating Livingston 69-6. Melby's dual record now stands at 503 as the Eagles finish out the end of the 2017-2018 season. The MT State Wrestling Tournament will take place Feb. 9-10 in Billings.     The buzz around Richland County lately has been the proposed Yellowstone Disposal Class II solid waste landfill facility. The project is proposed on the east side of the Yellowstone River, located on 650.7 acres of privately-owned property, approximately 4.5 miles southeast of Sidney, across the highway from the Thiel Subdivision.
