    The annual Easter Egg Hunt sponsored by the Sidney Elks Lodge will take place at Quillings Park on March 23 starting at 11 am for all children under 12. The Missouri-Yellowstone Confluence Center is also holding an Easter Egg Hunt on March 23, with 4000 hidden eggs this year.     The annual Donkey Ball game will be held at Sidney High School April 11 starting at 6:30 pm. The event is a fundraiser put on by the Sidney FFA to support local FFA chapters.     North Dakota’s 2013 moose, elk and bighorn sheep proclamation is finalized and applications are available at the State Game and Fish Department’s website.     Samples taken from North Dakota deer during the 2012 hunting season have all tested negative for chronic wasting disease, according to Dr. Dan Grove, wildlife veterinarian for the State Game and Fish Department.
