From the Richland County Sheriff’s Office, acting on information developed during the investigation of Lawrence Speldrich Jr.’s escape. Officers of the Sidney Police Department were able to apprehend Speldrich at approximately 10 p.m. Wednesday night. He was located in an alley behind a local business in northwestern Sidney, MT. The Ribfest 2013 Planning Committee has set Friday, August 9th for this year’s event on Main Street, Watford City.
