    The Canadian Snowbirds will fly over Sidney again Wednesday, May 22. The aircraft demonstration team will arrive at the Sidney/Richland County Airport at approximately noon.     Plans are being finalized for the annual Town & Country Festival which will take place in Sidney Saturday, June 22. The full day of events starts off at 7 a.m. with registration for the Sidney Healthworks Fun Run. The run begins at 8:00 a.m. at Sidney Health Center.     From the Richland County Sheriff’s Office, acting on information developed during the investigation of Lawrence Speldrich Jr.’s escape. Officers of the Sidney Police Department were able to apprehend Speldrich at approximately 10 p.m. Wednesday night. He was located in an alley behind a local business in northwestern Sidney, MT.     McKenzie County leaders and residents will get a chance to take part in strategic planning sessions as part of the Vision West ND project on May 20-21.
