Altogether, more than 10 Tons of electronic waste was recycled at the Spring 2013 “E-rase your E-waste” event held in Sidney and Fairview May 10 and 11. Saturday, May 18 was a gorgeous day with 124 golfers competing in the 7th Annual Early Bird Golf Scramble at Sidney Country Club. For the first time, all proceeds of the benefit tournament were designated for the Sunrise Women’s Clinic in Sidney. The artist, Mr. Darryl Growing Thunder is a member of the Dakota and Assiniboine tribes from Fort Peck, Montana said Park Ranger Loren Yellow Bird. Agricultural producers have until June 7, 2013 to sign up for the 2011 Supplemental Revenue Assistance Program (SURE). The SURE program is part of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 (Farm Bill).
