    Williston, ND – The Williston STAR Fund is helping a Downtown Williston business reopen. Two Williston businesswomen are revitalizing Cattails.     A single vehicle fatal rollover crash occurred on Highway 85, mile marker 180, 4 miles south of Williston Friday, Feb. 23 at approximately 10:48 p.m.CST. A 2017 Chevy Impala, was traveling southbound on Highway 85 near mile marker 180. The driver lost control of the vehicle, crossed over center, and went into the east ditch. The vehicle then overturned and came to rest on the ice of the Missouri River. Both occupants of the vehicle were ejected.     The Williston City Commission has approved a recommendation by the Williston STAR Fund Advisory Board to increase its annual Community Enhancement (CE) allocation from $50,000 to $70,000 in 2024. The approval was made during the commission meeting on Tuesday, Jan.23. The request was made due to an influx of CE applications this year.
