Asthma Home Visiting Program is new to the Health Department. Do you know a child between ages of 0 and 17 with a diagnosis of asthma? Are they not controlled and miss too many days of school causing the parents to miss work? They may qualify for the new asthma home visiting program through the Montana asthma control project (MAP). You can make a confidential referral to Kay Nice, RN at RCHD at 433-2207. Referrals may come from teachers, child care providers and health care workers. Thank you!
