The Richland Rangers Fair Food Booth is a fundraiser to support the general hockey fund for Richland County's hockey program. The money raised will go towards things such as costs accrued in running the hockey building. The booth's two best selling items are their homemade ice cream bar, which comes in multiple flavors and fleisch kuechle, German deep fried dumpling with seasoned ground beef.
