Alexander Public School welcomed artist Jane Kalmback for a week long residency sponsored by a grant from the North Dakota Council on the Arts. K-12 and afterschool program students participated in art classes throughout the week which focused on "Recycled Art." On Thursday March 26th Alexander Public School hosted a "Student Art Gala" to the community in conjunction with Family Fun Night and the school book fair.
This project is supported in part by a grant from the North Dakota Council on the Arts, which receives funding from the state legislature and the National Endowment for the Arts.
