Missoula & Bozeman, MT – Montana Elite Baseball, a non-profit, youth sports organization, is proud to present the opportunity for young athletes ages 13 through 14 (May 1, 2000 is the oldest birth date for eligibility) to try out for the Montana Elite Baseball team. This is the first time a Montana 14U team will be represented in the Team USA program. Tryouts take place at Westside Field in Missoula on May 9th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and in Bozeman at Kirk Park-South Field on May 10th, between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm. Those Montana athletes who qualify and are selected will compete at the 2015 USA Team Nationals in Glendale, Arizona, June 19 through July 3 at the Spring Training homes of the White Sox/Dodgers, Padres/Mariners and Indians/Reds. Official USA Baseball 12U training camps will be conducted in both Missoula and Bozeman immediately after tryouts. Team USA Scouts and over 100 college recruiters will be at this tournament, as a minimum of 28 players will be invited to the 14U National Team USA Development Program. The goal of Montana Elite Baseball is to have at least one Montana athlete make Team USA.
