John Roberts Y Pan Blanco to Perform October 6

The Northeastern Arts Network is pleased to present John Roberts Y Pan Blanco to the stage on Thursday, October 6th as part of their Big Sky Concert Series.

With an incredibly energetic band of high level musicians, John Roberts Y Pan Blanco is an original sound ensemble that is designed to make the audience move. Many years of national and international touring, recording and performing experiences with West African, Funk, Soul, Salsa, Jazz and R&B ensembles have led to this project. John Roberts Y Pan Blanco are melding high energy, danceable Funk, African and Salsa grooves with blistering instrumental solos, all aimed at sharing musical diversity with the audience. The family-friendly band is continuously recording and booking for festivals, concerts, club dates and clinics. Come and enjoy this six piece band which incorporates a unique fusion of sound and styles. Musicians include John Roberts on Vocals/Trombone/Keys, Merle Roberts – Bass, Cuco Martinez – Congas/Vocals, Alex Nauman – Guitar, Sam White – Sax, and Matt Devitt – Timbales/Drums.

This performance will be held at the MonDak Heritage Center at 7:00 p.m. Season tickets can be purchased at the door: adults $50, senior $45, and students $35.
