The MonDak Heritage Center To Host Folk Artist Jessie Veeder

The MonDak Heritage Center welcomes folk artist Jessie Veeder for an acoustic performance and stories and readings from her book Coming Home on Friday, July 28 at 7:00 p.m. at the MonDak Heritage Center, 120 3rd Ave SE, Sidney. Coming Home features select short stories, poetry, recipes, and photography that Jessie created since moving back to Watford City, North Dakota in 2010 with her husband, Chad, to work as the fourth generation stewards of the 100-year-old Veeder Ranch. Jessie's life and experiences in the Badlands fuel her more than 15 years of experience performing on stage and her four original albums that include influences of Americana, folk, blues, and country. The Music at the MonDak performance is FREE to the public. Free will donation graciously accepted. Donations support programs, exhibits, and collections preservation at the MonDak.
