On May 28, 2018 we received information from Law Enforcement authorities in Oregon that they had been in contact with Debra Ballinger and that she was healthy and okay. Debra has been taken out of the National System for being missing. The Richland County Sheriff's Office would like to thank the media for their help on getting the information out to the public. We could see that the information got out very timely.
