Northeastern Arts Network Season Opener September 13

The Northeastern Arts Network presents the season opener of the 2018-19 Big Sky Concert Series with Montana Repertory Theatre's presentation of "Morgan and Merlin: Swords, Sorcery, and How to be a Hero". This magical, mystical tale whisks us to another place and time where knights and dragons, kings and wizards rub elbows with a modern-day sorceress with a fantastic surprise up her bejeweled sleeve.

The play, written by Laramie Dean, will present themes of vengeance and redemption as Merlin, the wizard, uses his magic to lead Morgan into a battle against a re-breathing dragon. But, the stakes are high, as they should be in a tale of swords and sorcery!

This captivating performance will take place at the MonDak Heritage Center at 7:00 p.m. Season tickets can be purchased at the door: adults $50, senior $45, and students $35. Tickets can also be purchased at the door. For additional concert information contact Candy Markwald 406-488-4155, Jill Hill 406-489-4304, or Leann Pelvit at 406-433-3500.
