Reporting party stated that she was last seen on December 21, 2021, at her residence south of Sidney near County Roads 122 and 349R.     On March 20, 2021 at about 2:40 AM Richland County Law Enforcement was advised of a 38-year-old male being treated at Sidney Health Center for gunshot injuries. It was learned at the hospital by speaking with the victim, that the incident occurred at a residence near County Roads 350 and 126 north of Sidney, during an argument between the victim and another male in the outside area of the residence with other witnesses present.     On Sept. 5, at about 1:05 p.m. the Richland County Sheriff's Office received a report of a missing swimmer in the Yellowstone River about a mile south from Richland Park. The swimmer was identified as 13-year-old Ira David Lawrence, Watford City. A search of the area continued for next four days by air, water and land.     The reported stolen trailer was located in the northeastern part of Richland County near the Nohly area. On July 18, 2020 it was found abandoned by a local resident in their field.
