Gabriella Coon completed the 1,000 reading book challenge on Jan. 21, 2021. She is two and a half years old and likes reading all types of books. (Helena) – At the May meeting of the Montana State Library Commission, funds were allocated to purchase hot spots and cellular service to increase the availability of mobile hot spots that can be loaned to library patrons throughout Montana. The Sidney-Richland County Library will re-open for patrons to visit the library beginning Wednesday Aug. 19 in conjunction with the start of the school year. This will be by appointment only, and residents are encouraged to call 433-1917 to set up a time. Library hours will remain 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Monday-Friday.
