NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Board of County Commissioners of Richland County, Montana, will on Monday, the Third (3rd) day of April 2023 at 11:00 a.m., in their office in Sidney, Montana, open sealed bids for the purchase of: SUPPLY OF MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE FOR 2023 ROAD STABILIZATION A detail list of specifications may be obtained by contacting the Richland County Public Works office at 2140 West Holly, Sidney, MT 59270 (406.433.2106) or via email at: [email protected] No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by a bid bond, bank draft, money order, certified or cashier’s check in the amount of no less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The bid shall be presented in a sealed envelope containing a copy of the complete bid specifications and marked “MAG CHLORIDE BID”. Completed bids shall be delivered to the Richland County Courthouse at 201 W Main St, Sidney, MT 59270. Requests for ADA/EEO accommodations or information should be directed to the County Clerk & Recorder, 201 West Main Street, Sidney, MT or 406.433.1708, no later than Friday, March 18th, 2022. Alternative accessible formats of this notice are available upon request. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, or to accept any bid which they deem to be in the best interest of Richland County.
