REQUEST FOR BIDS Richland County Housing Authority is accepting separate sealed bids for the following type of contracts throughout our properties in Sidney and Fairview. • Lawn Care • Cement and Asphalt work • Handicap door installations • New Fence • Residing Buildings • Roofing Repair and Maintenance • Yard sprinkler systems • Security Systems • Tree Trimming • HVAC Unit Repairs/Replacement • Flooring • New/Add-on Shop Building • Bath Fan Repair If you are interested in submitting a bid, project specifications and bid information will be available May 12, 2023, and can be obtained in person or via email from Kelsie Witte, RCHA Finance Manager at the RCHA office, 1032 6th ST SW, Sidney, MT 59270, phone: 406-433-1978. Bids must be made with the included forms and in accordance with instructions to bidders. The deadline for submitting bids is 5:00 PM on May 30, 2023 and must be mailed, faxed or emailed back. Bids are scheduled to be awarded by RCHA Executive Director by June 2, 2023. Bids will be awarded based on the total aggregate bid.
