The McKenzie County Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, October 7, 2024 at 4:00 PM in the Board of County Commissioners’ Meeting Room located at 201 5th St. NW, Watford City, North Dakota, for the purpose of receiving comments regarding an application #14-24CUP to bring an existing fresh water depot into compliance. The property is located in S-33, T-149N, R-103W Parcel #26-00-01300. The provisions regarding Fresh Water Depots (4-7) are contained within the McKenzie County Land Development Ordinance. The Ordinance may be viewed at the McKenzie County Planner’s Office during office hours, as well as online at http://www.McKenzieCounty.net. The application can be reviewed by the public in the Planning Department.
