    Soccer season is nearing so be sure to sign up for recreational and/or traveling teams. Sidney’s recreational soccer team registration is available online and began Jan. 1 and continues through Feb. 18.     On Dec. 31, 2021, at about 6:40 a.m. the Richland County Sheriff's Office received a report of a missing 26-year-old female by the name of Katelynn Berry.
