    Mark Andrew Gubler changed his plea to guilty on four counts in District Court on Nov. 23. The felony counts that he made a guilty plea to included two counts of criminal possession with intent to distribute, criminal possession of dangerous drugs, meth, and use or possession of property subject to criminal forfeiture.
