    The MonDak Heritage Center and the Active Richland County Action Group will host art walks every Friday, June 10, through July 8, leading up to the Sunrise Festival of the Arts. The first four weeks will feature youth art produced at the Boys & Girls Club of Richland County summer art camps, art classes held at The GalleRay, as well as art camps held at the MonDak Heritage Center.     The dedication for the Northeast Montana Veterans Memorial Park will take place on July 4 starting at 10 a.m.in Fort Peck. Organizers note that about 30 World War II veterans have been invited to the ceremony.
