    Sue Duffey, a Fairview resident, opened up a Children's Exchange Library on the corner of 7th Street and South Central Avenue in Fairview. It is open all day throughout the summer for children of all ages. "After learning that Fairview does not have a library, I wanted to start something that would encourage children to read throughout the summer.     This year’s Sunrise Festival of the Arts will feature three unique art classes available to the public. From 11:30 to 12:30, learn to make colorful fused glass wind chimes with Jessica Newman, Education Coordinator at the MonDak Heritage Center.
