    Eight 4-H members proudly represented Richland County at Montana 4-H Congress from July 7th to 10th. Montana 4-H Congress provides youth from across the state an opportunity to come together on the Montana State University campus in Bozeman and participate in an event like no other. Congress offers both youth and adults a venue in which to learn, be challenged, and most of all, have a great time with their peers.     Dr. Michael Fink and Dr. Ryan Laqua will be conducting sports physicals on Monday, Aug. 10th and Tuesday, Aug.11th from 5-8 p.m. at the Sidney High School wrestling room (entrance at rear of the school). The cost will be $25 per physical. All student/athletes intending to participate in Sidney Public Schools sponsored athletic activities MUST have a current MHSA physical form on file to be permitted to engage in any activity.   • Boys & Girls Club Backpack Program

    The Boys & Girls Club of Richland County has partnered with IGA to help with the Backpack Program for the 2015-16 school year. We will be sending home sacks of easily-prepared food items on the last day of each school week to provide nourishment over the weekend for kids who may be depending upon the school lunch program for meals.
