Displaying her great ability of playing the violin and her intelligence in answering questions, Sidney's Annika Bennion was crowned Miss Montana Outstanding Teen in Glendive on Friday night. The Lone Tree Archers Club, Sidney, will be hosting their annual 3-D archery shoot on Saturday, Aug. 1, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 2, 8 a.m.-2 p.m. This event will feature 24 3-D animal targets set up on the archery range, which is located about eight miles SE of Sidney. The reported stolen trailer was located in the northeastern part of Richland County near the Nohly area. On July 18, 2020 it was found abandoned by a local resident in their field. The case is still under investigation by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office. It was great weekend for the Sidney Tiger Sharks in our home water. We hosted the 2020 Covid Classic in which the top 8 East of the East versed the top 8 East of the West. The kids were shaving time in big ways and it was hard to keep up with where they would place. A popular Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks program that allows kids and their friends or families to check out free fishing rods and tackle is in full swing again this year.
