    Sidney Health Center is partnering with the Richland County Health Department on Thursday, October 1 to provide various health screenings for the general public in conjunction with a mass flu shot clinic.   • New Permits Required for Snowmobile and Off-Highway Vehicle use in Montana Effective October 1st

    Montana State Parks announced today that changes to the Off-Highway Vehicle (OHV) registration and Snowmobile trail use laws will go into effect on October 1, 2015. Last spring, the 2015 Montana Legislature passed HB 167 and HB 300. The new legislation updates snowmobile and OHV permits in order to increase funding for trail maintenance and grooming programs across Montana.
