    Montana law allows residents and nonresidents to donate their hunting license and or special permit to a disabled military veteran or disabled active duty service member. This year, there is a higher interest among veterans to take advantage of this program, and Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is asking for more hunters to donate licenses.     Dear Editor Why does our current state senator continue to try and cut funding for our schools and teachers? I was alarmed when I saw that Steve Hinebauch supported education only 20% of the time. Guess what? After a little more research, I found only one other senator, Bob Keenan, had a worse voting record when it came to education. Shame on you Steve!     North Dakota producers need to be vigilant about keeping Palmer amaranth, a particular noxious weed, off their land, according to North Dakota State University Extension specialists.
