    Saturday, October 19th the Sidney cross country teams competed in Billings at the Eastern “A” Classic Cross Country meet. For the varsity boys, Zach Sommerfeld ran a time of 17:59 and Skyler Tibbits ran a time of 21:10, both personal bests. Varsity girls, Tess Ler ran a time of 20:34 (personal best) and placed 11th.     The Montana Fish & Wildlife Commission is seeking comment on a proposed change to the 2014 fishing regulations. The proposed change is on Seeley Lake in the Western District where the bass regulation would go from catch-and-release to no limit.
