Friday, Nov. 26 at 6:30 p.m., Watford City's Annual Parade of Lights will be lighting up the city. Geoff Van Epps, Commander, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Northwestern Division, signed a Record of Decision for the Fort Peck Dam test releases Environmental Impact Statement on Nov. 12. The EIS assesses the ability of test flows out of Fort Peck Dam, Montana to potentially benefit the pallid sturgeon.
