    Richland County Transportation is asking county residents to help them determine the direction of their service by filling out a quick survey. The service is twelve years old and has grown and changed a lot. The question is whether the existing plan still works or whether there are additional services that residents would utilize. Six local individuals won $250 and $500 prizes in Chamber Bucks on December 1 at noon during the live drawing at Reynolds, on Power 95 and the Chamber Facebook page.     The Sidney wrestling team finished in first place by winning all duals at the Pat Weede Memorial Dual tournament held in Gillette, WY last weekend.
