    PGA Professional and former Sidney Eagles head golf coach, Ryan Troxel, has been named Coach of the Year by members of the Montana Coaches Association. Troxel has coached the Eagles' girls and boys golf since March 2015. He resigned earlier in December due to time constraints with a baby on the way. The Holiday Token Project runs from December 23, 2016 to January 2, 2017. The free ride tokens are provided to local establishments.     Richland County’s flu season has begun with a positive Influenza A case tested locally on December 14th, 2016. The preliminary result was confirmed on December 16th by MT State Public Health Lab showing Influenza A-Seasonal H3. The 53 yr old male was hospitalized and was not vaccinated for this influenza season.
