Introducing Michelle Wendel

Michelle Wendel has been hired as the project assistant for Richland Economic Development.

Wendel was born and raised in Michigan, in the Houghton Lake area. She has worked as the executive assistant for Artesian Water Technology, as well as office manager at US Waterway, both in Michigan.

She moved to the Sidney area in March, mainly because the oilfield development here offers new job opportunities. She loves the varying and beautiful landscape of our region. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast, and appreciates the small town pride of Sidney.

Wendel is excited to be working in the Richland Economic Development office, and stated that she was waiting for the right job opportunity to come along.
