The Lambert Hi-Liters had their first meeting of the 4-H year on Oct. 9 at 11:30 a.m. at the Fox Lake Senior Center, Lambert.

In old business we discussed: the state horse show; Fall Ambassador training; beef and cheese sales.

In new business we had a report from the leaders and livestock meetings.

We elected officers: President - Kelvin Hill; Vice President - Zach Sommerfeld; Secretary - Rita Wick; Treasurer - John Helmuth; Historian - Rain Rehbein; Reporter - Sarah Helmuth; Flag Charger - Courtney Herman; Random Fact Reporter - Alyssa Hill.

Our next meeting is Nov. 13 at 2 p.m.
