Uhlich Named RTC Exceptional Employee

Dave Uhlich is the recipient of Reservation Telephone Cooperative’s (RTC) Exceptional Employee Award for the fourth quarter of 2012.

RTC Operations manager Brooks Goodall says, “Dave is a dedicated employee who is conscientious and knowledgeable about his work. “

RTC Outside Plant Manager Cory Johnson added, “Dave handles a lot of things on any given day and does it well. He contributes a lot to the community in addition to all his work at RTC.”

Dave started working at RTC in November of 2004 as a Combination Tech. In March of 2012 he was promoted to Combination Tech Lead for the Watford City area. Dave’s work day includes many different things including organizing Watford City area technicians and contractors, tending to cable cuts, installing and provisioning services for customers, along with anything else that comes his way.

Dave is not only committed to his work at RTC, he is also committed to his community. Dave is a paramedic and a volunteer fireman. Dave and his wife Roxie live in Watford City with their son Tyler and daughter Jayden.

The Exceptional Employee Award was developed to recognize RTC employees who go above and beyond the call of duty. Nominations are made by fellow employees and it is awarded to a deserving RTC employee quarterly.
