Funeral services for William “Bill” Dobias, 99, of Cartwright, ND were 11 a.m., CDT, Monday, April 1, 2013, at St. Michael’s and All Angels Episcopal Church, Cartwright, ND with Pastor Marianne Ell officiating. Interment was in the Yellowstone Point Cemetery, Cartwright, ND under the direction of Fulkerson Funeral Home of Sidney.
