Fugitive Captured

From the Richland County Sheriff’s Office, acting on information developed during the investigation of Lawrence Speldrich Jr.’s escape.

Officers of the Sidney Police Department were able to apprehend Speldrich at approximately 10 p.m. Wednesday night. He was located in an alley behind a local business in northwestern Sidney, MT. He was arrested without incident and incarcerated at the Richland County Jail. The Richland County Sheriff’s Office wants to thank all of the agencies that assisted in searching for Mr. Speldrich and those who provided information leading to his arrest.
