The City/County Planning Board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, July 18th, 2013 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Richland County Extension Office Conference Room located at 1499 N. Central Avenue in Sidney. There is also a public hearing for the Sugarland Subdivision from Red Rock Power, Inc.
