AARP Senior Safe Driving Course

The AARP Senior Safe Driving Course will be held at the Sidney Health Center meeting room in the basement on July 29, 2013 for a 4 hour course starting at 12:30 with pre-registration if needed at 12:00.

This class will be limited to 25 people due the to the size of room and will need to be pre-registered with Sidney Health Center receptionist with a copy of your Driver’s License and if an AARP member, a copy of your membership card. Also, a check for $12 for members under 65 and $14 for nonmembers of AARP with the SHC offering those over 65 a discount.

This will be the last class under this course and title, as beginning 1/1/14, there will be a new name for the course and an all new book and video. Beginning in September, all of the instructors will need to be certified to be able to teach the class beginning 1/1/14.

You can also go to AARP online for the class and Montana will offer the certificate from you completing the course, but the cost is more.

This will probably be the only class this fall in the area because of the limited number of people that have attended this class every two years. For more information, contact Allen H. Peterson, Instructor/Trainer, Culbertson, MT at 406-787-5373 or email [email protected].
