Due to the untimely passing of House Representative David Halvorson, the Richland County Republican Central Committee is seeking individuals to complete his four year term. The lengthy process is mandated by state law. Two elected officials from each precinct in Richland County and the affected precincts in Dawson County elected three people from each county to serve on the committee. Those six individuals will choose three candidates to submit to the county commissioners of Richland and Dawson counties.
