Kesel to Speak at JSEC Meeting March 25

George Kesel from the Department of Labor & Industry’s Apprenticeship & Training department will be speaking at the Sidney JSEC (Job Service Employers Committee) meeting about how apprenticeship can boost your bottom line. Apprenticeship helps with employee retention, while allowing a business to train employees to their specific needs, utilizing a graduated wage scale that saves payroll while training. Apprenticeship has been used for over 700 years because it is still the best way to train and retain skilled employees. Come and learn how this age old institution will grow your business in the 21st Century.

If you are unable to attend the meeting but would like to find out about this training opportunity, give Sidney Job Service a call (433-1204) and we will be able to provide you with more information.
