Funeral services for Randal “Randy” Kringen, 56, of Sidney were at 3 p.m., Saturday, May 3, 2014, at the Richland County Event Center with Pastor George Karres of Pella Lutheran Church officiating. Randy died on Monday morning, April 28, 2014, at the Sidney Health Center.
