The following Sidney Eagle Spring Sports participants have been honored for their athletic and academic accomplishments by being selected for Academic All-State recognition for 2014 MHSA Spring Sports season. To be selected, the athlete must be a member of a varsity sports team, and carry a minimum 3.5 grade point average. Track and Field: Michael McGinnis, Dawson McGlothlin, Aubrey Kessel, Tenna Cooley, Tel Hermanson, Tess Ler, Brady Bell, Hailey Steinbeisser, Christian Anglesey, Logan Thiel, Lexi Prevost, Sheridan Sundheim, Erin Harris and Colin Moran. Softball : Jordan Baxter, Logan Peterson, Madison Thiessen, Micala Morehouse and Holly Papineau.
