Parade of Trees FAQs

Please consider donating a decorated wreath or tree for this year’s event! This benefits the Boys and Girls Club of Richland County, BPA of Sidney High School and the Family Resource Center. This year, the Parade of Trees is a little different, so here are answers to some frequently asked questions: Q) Where do we get a Donation Form? Where do we return them? A) You can pick up and return your forms to the Customer Service Counter at Reynolds Market. Should you need assistance in filling out your form, please ask for Libby. Q) When are the forms due? A) Forms are accepted anytime until November 22nd. If you need more time, please get your form in and discuss with Libby, at Reynolds. We are taking 30 trees and 30 wreaths, so make sure you get yours in as soon as possible! Q) When can I deliver my tree or wreath? A) Deliveries for trees and wreaths will be accepted between Saturday, November 15 and Saturday, November 22 for placement. This will allow photos to be taken and placed on the Boys & Girls website and Reynolds Market’s Facebook page. The best part will be that the public can view the trees over the busiest days of that week. Q) Who do I talk to when I deliver my tree or wreath? A) Please check in at the Customer Service Counter at Reynolds Market and the friendly customer service representative will contact Libby, Loren or the assigned associate to assist you. Q) I still have questions. Who do I contact? A) Please contact Libby at Reynolds at (406) 433-2305 or Vicky Parker at (406) 433-4097 or [email protected]
