The Sidney High School Speech and Drama Team travelled to Glasgow to compete against 13 schools from across Eastern Montana. The Speech team results- Senior Christian Anglesey placed 1st in Humorous Oral Interpretation of Literature, Kennedy Anglesey finished 1st in Expository Speaking, Extemporaneous Speaking Danny Johnson finished 1st & Zach Sommerfeld finished 2nd, Impromptu Speaking Clay Carpenter finished 1st & Kasey Gorder finished 4th, Memorized Public Address with Analysis Shelby Reidle placed 5th & Johren Carpenter placed 6th. The Speech Team brought home the 1st place trophy in Speech Sweeps! The Drama Team results, Senior Taylor Thiessen placed 3rd in Serious Solo Acting, Laura Elmore & Jaz Hodge placed 3rd in Serious Duo Acting, Kyle Topp & Scottlynn Anglesey placed 2nd in Classical Duo Acting, Humorous Duo Acting: Tess Ler & Tessa Hill placed 2nd, Sarah Turek & Camden Berka placed 3rd and Luke Turek & Ben Broadhead competed. The Drama Team placed 1st in Drama Sweeps!
